Terms and Conditions:
1. Promotion runs from November 2025 for listings going to market online between 1st January 2026 - 31st March 2026
2. Admin fee $870 is additional and not included in the Flat Fee
3. Promotion is a reduction from current fees of 4% on the first $500,000 + 2.5% on balance
4. Marketing costs to be paid upfront at time of listing
5. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time
